Hawthorn Aero continues to deliver high-rate airframe manufacturing and patented tooling solutions built for speed, scalability, and cost efficiency. What’s new is our expanded ability to take these capabilities further, extending from early development and low-rate production through full-rate manufacturing and now contract full vehicle integration to support rapid fielding at scale.

Thanks to the addition of our second 56,000 sq ft manufacturing facility and now our third 60,000 sq ft facility (150,000 sq ft total) we can now offer an expanded suite of services, including:
